International Business Network, LLC. ("IBNETLLC") would like to thank all of you for being a part of our network community.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE IBNETLLC NETWORK AS YOUR USE AND ACCESS CONSTITUTES UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY THEN IN EFFECT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY, DO NO USE OR ACCESS THE IBNETLLC NETWORK.

• By accessing content anywhere within this network or network community whether online or offline, which incorporates all IBNETLLC-owned Web domains, the IBNETLLC Community application located at community.ibnetllc.com, products and services, marketing and advertising programs and instruments, and interaction with personnel, you either as a non-member (guest) or a member whether or not you are logged in or customer, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree with IBNETLLC ("we" or "us" or "staff" or "our") to accept and abide by ALL of these contractual provisions in this Terms of Use document ("Terms" or "Rules") and Privacy Policy and those of our third party service providers as explicitly provided within that application which by extension is incorporated in these Terms. It is your sole responsibility to review and revisit these Terms and Privacy Policy as often as necessary before submitting or transmitting data ("post" or "posting") anywhere within, to or from this IBNETLLC network and further accessing this network community. Feel free to contact us if you do not understand any part of these Terms and Privacy Policy herein. And until such time that you are able to agree to these Terms and abide by them, you must not access this network except to review these Terms and Privacy Policy, otherwise your continued access constitutes your acceptance of each provision in these Terms and Privacy Policy in its entirety then in effect at the time of your access to this network. The information appearing anywhere within this network or associated networks is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Please read on for further detail.
  
  
• 'IBNETLLC' in the context of these Terms, where applicable, incorporates those indemnified in the Indemnification section below. Generally, where 'IBNETLLC' is mentioned herein, it is referring to the operational side of the organization which includes pertinent management, administrators, in-house and/or contracted persons or business entities.
  
  
• If in a specific matter where a conflict between provisions in IBNETLLC's Terms of Use and that of e.g. our third party service provider, each provision taken separately that is most applicable to that matter will prevail as determined by IBNETLLC and our third party service provider.

• These Terms which incorporates all other IBNETLLC rules, guidelines, instructions, policies, the Terms of Service or Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of our third party service providers, etc. hereby constitutes the entire agreement between IBNETLLC and those who access this network. These Terms supersede prior published versions and all previous oral and written agreements with respect to the conditions herein.
  
  
• IBNETLLC reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notification. The current version of this document (file) is identifiable by its "Revision Date" located at the top of this file.

• This network is designed for mature individuals and is not designed for children under the age of thirteen (13). Therefore, it is that child's parent or guardian’s sole responsibility, not IBNETLLC’s, to control access in that same initial session (visit) as well as to prevent future access by that minor child to any part of the IBNETLLC network. So, if you are under the age of thirteen, please exit this network immediately.
  
  
• If you are a minor child under the age of eighteen (18), you must be legally able to enter into these Terms or have received legal permission from your parent or guardian else, please exit this network immediately.
  
  
• If you are accessing and/or using our services and knowingly or unknowingly provides false information or transmits false information within, to or from this network or pretending to be of legal age or pretending to have legal permission to access this network, etc., you and your parent or guardian jointly, not IBNETLLC, will be held entirely responsible and liable for your behavior.

• Notice to entire network community: Content targeting and/or collecting information from children under the age of thirteen (13) is prohibited and will violate these Terms. If you suspect any posting violates these Terms, please refer to the 'Reporting a Bad Post…' section below to report it to the IBNETLLC administration.

NOTE: With regard to the 'Date of Birth' (age) form field in the user profile/registration area of the IBNETLLC Community application: Although it is a required field, it is hidden from public view.

• We encourage feedback and invite you to contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.
  
  
• 'You' is referred to as 'author' or originator of submissions or one who accesses this network as a member or a guest.
  
  
• Although our intention is not to censor submitted content, we reserve the right to monitor all content and data transmissions within, to or from this network for Terms and Privacy Policy conformity. We also reserve the right to take action retroactively to existing postings and communications as deemed necessary to maintain the integrity, intent and spirit of this network community.
  
  
• To help ensure that our networks are not being abused in any way so that this network community reaps the benefits intended by this administration, and since this network community is privately-owned, we reserve the right to deny access to anyone who we suspect will or who we have concluded willfully violated these Terms or its intent even if a rule for a particular situation is not explicitly stated herein as access to our networks is a privilege and not a right. Not knowing or understanding these Terms before you post or upon further accessing this network is not an excuse since you can contact us for clarification.
  
  
• Although our staff will attempt to keep all objectionable content off of this network, it is impossible for us to review all posts or other transmitted content. By your choosing to access this network community, you are accessing it at your sole risk and free will and you are acknowledging that there may be existing content that you may consider offensive, indecent, or objectionable and that it is your right to not access this network.
  
  
• Since these Terms cannot anticipate all situations regarding user-posted content, the administrators and/or designees will make the final determination as to what is acceptable and what is not acceptable content for this network and reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate. We shall be the sole arbiter of what does and what does not violate our network Terms. Our decision is final in these matters.
  
  
• As you add content to this network, you understand that the content you provide may become syndicated via RSS or other methods. IBNETLLC has no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any data transmitted except as stated in our Privacy Policy. Personally-identifiable information that is displayed publically is exempt from our Privacy Policy.
  
  
• All Internet applications whether blogs, message boards, articles, forums, private messaging, chats, E-mail, etc. should be treated as public even when the software's feature is referred to as 'private' or 'members-only.' If that posted content is viewable by someone other than yourself which is always the case, then construct your content as though it will be viewable by the general public. If there is information that you do not want made available to the general public inadvertently or otherwise, do not include it in your blog, forum or any other posting except for that information needed to create or manage your account or is required by the IBNETLLC administration. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that you not add certain personal information e.g. phone number as part of your postings even in areas where allowed unless you fully accept the potential for receiving unsolicited contact by the general public. For all content, use good judgment and be careful about what you write and transmit because once you send it, you can't 'unsend' it.
  
  
• Seek advice including professional and research multiple external sources as you feel is necessary and not rely solely on advice or opinions provided within this network community.
  
  
• If at any time you need support services from us for what we deem as extended staff involvement, a servicing fee may apply.
  
  
• Information contained within posts, articles, commentaries, and other transmitted communications are solely those of its author and in no way can it be construed to be condoned or endorsed by IBNETLLC by virtue of its presence on or transmitted within, to or from this network.
  
  
• Advertisements appearing on this network are not to be construed as an endorsement of that product, service or message. Also note that some advertisements may be automatically fed as a service to the IBNETLLC network and that fed content is not within our control.
  
  
• Since all information is provided 'as is' regardless of its source, we do not in any way give credence to the validity, quality nor integrity, expressed or implied, of that information, uploaded files, downloaded files, postings, hyperlinks within this network community which by extension also includes the third-party service and content provider's network, data accessed or transmitted within, to or from this network. Also, to the fullest extent of applicable law, IBNETLLC hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
  
  
• Whenever you click on an advertisement or hyperlink or access a web address typed in your browser's locator bar whereby either or any method takes you outside of our network, that external network's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other access agreements, conditions and features immediately takes over at that point in the browser's session as their terms, policies, procedures, and features are completely separate from IBNETLLC's Terms, agreements, Privacy Policy and features. You access and rely on such information entirely at your own risk.
  
  
• If you subscribe to a feature, it is your right to unsubscribe where applicable. Follow the instructions pertaining to that subscription. If you request our assistance, feel free to contact us via the contact link within that application.
  
  
• IBNETLLC reserves the right to discontinue any feature or add and revise services and pricing structure anywhere within this network without prior notification.
  
  
• You are bound by the Terms of Sale accompanying that given sale.
  
  
• Advertising: See Overview; General; Conduct; Posts; Private Messaging, E-mail Messaging and Chats; Signature; Advertising and Solicitation Restrictions; and all other sections herein so you can conform to all of these Terms.
  
  
• To protect the good-standing of your account, if you have content that you would like to add including hyperlinks to other content but you feel it may be considered in a 'gray area' or questionable with respect to these Terms, feel free to contact us via the contact link within that application before posting to let us know what you want to post and we will review it via our approval process. Until then, do not post that particular content. Only post content that you are sure is acceptable. Note: 'Approval' signifies approval to post so the readership can embrace it as they see fit. It does not in any way imply an endorsement nor infer an opinion nor give credence to the validity nor ownership of that content.
  
  
• IBNETLLC has no obligation to update any out-of-date or inaccurate content anywhere within this network. If you require updated information, not limited to products and services, descriptions, availability, etc., feel free to contact us for confirmation or verification.
  
  
• ‘Paid Subscribers’ are also subject to these same Terms unless otherwise stated within the Paid Subscription Terms and/or agreement. If a paid subscriber is banned or their account is suspended or terminated or features removed for any reason, there would be no refund.
  
  
• Use of framing around any portion of this network by any source external to this network without prior written approval by the designated IBNETLLC administrator is prohibited.

• Certain software or content categories or other designated areas may have additional rules, guidelines and/or access criteria that apply. They are an extension of these Terms. Where applicable, before contacting our staff, refer to that area of the network for ‘Announcements,’ ‘Sticky Posts' and/or FAQ for details. You are also expected and required to read and follow the instructions outlined in those references so that you conform to these Terms.
  
  
• If you get a ‘permissions error’ of any form anywhere, before contacting the staff, please read the ‘Announcements,' ‘Sticky Posts,’ 'FAQ’ and any other help or support resources as the answer you are seeking may be published there.
  
  
• Hyperlinking to 'original' content or explicitly quoting it in its entirety with credit given explicitly to its author is permissible as long as the content in that hyperlinked location is consistent with the spirit and intent of this network community and therefore is not detrimental to this network community in any manner. Reproduction, duplication, distribution or copying of this network's content is not allowed outside of this network community except by its author or permission has been appropriately obtained from the IBNETLLC administration designee. Hotlinking, not limited to images, from outside of this network is prohibited unless written approval is granted by the designated IBNETLLC administrator.

• Under any and all circumstances, you are solely responsible for your behavior and any result thereof thereby absolving IBNETLLC completely from any and all liability whatsoever as you unequivocally understand and agree that in any event or circumstance that all content, opinion, advice, references cited, and any and all information expressed or provided by you, the author of that posting or transmission is your sole responsibility.
  
  
• In order to keep this network community running smoothly, be polite, respectful of others, use common sense, follow the law, add site-conforming content only, stay on topic of each posting, no commercials or promotional ads, and abide by the Terms herein. Think long and hard before you make a post or send a message based on emotions since this network community is not a subscriber of 'free speech' when it violates the Terms outlined herein.
  
  
• In our effort to minimize what might be considered as content that may be in violation of these Terms, we ask that you help us to keep this network community 'clean' by using the 'Reporting a Bad Post…' procedure (see details in the appropriate section below). Once our staff becomes aware of any post not conforming to these Terms, we reserve the right to remove it from public viewing, modify, move or delete it at our sole discretion and without explanation and without notice to the author, with or without a change in Terms, or for any other reason. That author and their account would be reviewed for possible suspension, termination, banning and/or other action. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please feel free to contact us.
  
  
• All content in posts and communications transmitted within, to and from this network including private messages, E-mail, chat, etc. is limited to the English language. This requirement also applies to usernames, titles, signatures, attachments, notes, reviews, graphic images, all form fields and anything else transmitted.
  
  
• The E-mail address that you provide when posting or for other transmissions anywhere within, to or from this network must be yours, active and verifiable and must be valid at the time of data transmission, otherwise you will be in violation of these Terms.
  
  
• User (guest or logged-in member) disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of this network community. We reserve the right, but have no obligation to monitor and/or become involved between you and another user.
  
  
• Only as outlined in these Terms, submit any disputes, user or administrative, through the IBNETLLC helpdesk or in accordance with the instructions found on that page and await a response within a reasonable time frame normally considered within seven (7) business days.
  
  
• You may not post nor transmit anything on behalf of any banned member or other suspended or terminated member anywhere within this network. That individual must contact us directly if he/she has questions, feedback, etc.
  
  
• Any attempt to defraud or deceive others that has the hint of becoming a detriment to this network community as concluded solely by the IBNETLLC administration violates these Terms and is prohibited.
  
  
• If you register for or use any of our services or access this network in any way for any duration either as a guest or as a member whether or not you logged in, and you knowingly or unknowingly transmit false information (excludes 'Date of Birth' in the IBNETLLC Community) or inappropriate content within, to or from this network which includes but is not limited to impersonating another person or entity or assuming a likeness that infers another's identity, making misrepresentations of any kind, violating the law, violating another person's privacy, infringing on another's rights, providing content that is confidential or proprietary or would otherwise violate these Terms and Privacy Policy, not only will banning and account termination be a result, but you may be held legally liable by that individual or entity and/or IBNETLLC. If this happens toward you, you must immediately provide the proof and present it to us via our helpdesk.
  
  
• If content is added anywhere within this network and that content violates the Terms herein and automatic notifications or any transmission of that data was sent to someone or to an external notification service and afterward you edited out that inappropriate content, that edited posting is subject to removal from public viewing and your account will be subject to termination and you will be subject to being banned. This would most likely be considered by the administration to be a blatant attempt to 'cover-up' a willful violation.
  
  
• Debates and discussions are allowed and encouraged BUT we will not tolerate your participation in, inciting or promoting name-calling or behavior you direct toward others that is, but not limited to, obscene, vulgar, sexually-explicit or pornographic, hateful, threatening, launching personal attacks, purposelessly inflammatory, libelous, slanderous or otherwise defamatory, ethnically offensive, abusive, repulsive, bullying, harassing, rude or profane. Discussions of illegal activities such as ‘how to’ and/or encouraging others to, for example, acquire software, music, movies, etc., encouraging piracy and/or violating intellectual property laws or violating any laws governed and enforced by IBNETLLC's chosen jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of our third party service provider providing that service, or your personal jurisdiction is prohibited.
  
  
• Unacceptable content whether as text, in digital format or as hyperlinks are those that contain nudity, sexually-explicit or pornographic, animal sexual behavior, grossly offensive content which is, but not limited to, obscene, vulgar, incestuous, pedophilia, repulsive, violent or that which IBNETLLC considers harmful to the network community.
  
  
• Additional unacceptable content also includes posting information in form fields contrary to its purpose or format. For example, the 'Name' field is for your name, nickname or screen name. It is not for a business name, nor anything else including a domain name or URL format.
  
  
• Any attempt to alter Internet network identifiers, transmit files that contains a virus or that which is considered data mining software, or files containing content that is determined by our staff to be detrimental to this network community would violate these Terms.
  
  
• If our staff asks you to remove or change something in your post, signature, or elsewhere, it must be done within 48 hours from the requested date and time.
  
  
• Spamming, content spamming, trolling, and flaming are all prohibited. Sending what is considered by IBNETLLC as unauthorized private messages, E-mails or chats within, to or from our network that either directly or indirectly advertises or solicits products or services or attempts to disguise your intent to solicit products or services, or is considered inappropriate behavior or contains inappropriate content will be considered spam. Advertising on behalf of someone else and/or adding your assigned commission-based or referral-based link information or adding any form of 'Contact Us' or '…visit our website…' will be considered content spam unless the appropriate permission is granted by the designated IBNETLLC administrator. Read the 'Advertising and Solicitation Restrictions' section below for additional Terms.
  
  
• Report to us in the form of a complaint via our helpdesk if you have conclusive proof if you are experiencing spamming or receiving any other inappropriate data transmissions associated with this network community. Also, other than that related to your account, if you inadvertently receive E-mail from our administration after unsubscribing or providing other written notification to us, please let us know so we can make sure your E-mail address is removed from our list.
  
  
• Data mining which includes obtaining or extracting E-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc. either manually or through automated means in order for you to spam others or provide that information to a third party without the expressed permission from each owner of that personal information is prohibited. For example, just because you see someone's active E-mail address or other contact information in their signature, you may not add them to your mailing list nor spam or solicit them in any way.
  
  
• Making contact with other users in this network community: If you are looking for help for your business or to form alliances and have been following someone's posts and that person appears to possess the right skills and knowledge you are seeking or offers products and/or services you are interested in, if you choose to send that person a private message or E-mail, it is up to the recipient to decide whether or not to reply. If that person feels that you are disguising e.g. your need for assistance as an indirect method so you can introduce your products and/or services or that person asks that you not contact them again and you contact them again anyway, that person is encouraged to report your behavior to our staff for a possible spamming violation. That person also has the option to report you to your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Also, please let us know if someone is spamming you via our network.
  
  
• Asking for financial assistance or attempting to coax others into participating in what we considered are shady dealings or scams whether directly or indirectly is prohibited.
  
  
• If any of the IBNETLLC staff acts or reacts in a manner that you may not agree with, you agree without exception to immediately notify IBNETLLC administrators at our helpdesk with the facts and details and allow IBNETLLC or its assigned agents to provide internally and exclusively any corrective action notwithstanding disciplinary action deemed appropriate. Any abuse towards our staff in any manner including posting content for public viewing that which pertains to our staff or the operation of this network will be removed and may result in immediate termination or suspension of your account and/or access privileges or other suitable response as deemed appropriate by IBNETLLC.
  
  
• To reiterate: To protect the good-standing of your account, if you have content that you would like to add but you feel it may be considered in a 'gray area' or questionable with respect to these Terms, feel free to contact us before posting to let us know what you want to post and we will review it via our approval process.

• In applications where the login feature is available, each member is only allowed one (1) login, also referred to as a 'member' account. That one member account encompasses personal and all companies and organizations you represent. Other individuals in your company wanting to participate must apply for their own account; again one (1) account maximum per person since account sharing is not permitted.
  
  
• With regard to the 'Date of Birth' (age) form field in the user profile/registration area of the IBNETLLC Community application: While, at this time, it is not a requirement by IBNETLLC to divulge your true age, it is required that you be of legal age or legally able to enter into this contractual agreement in order for you to be in compliance with these Terms as previously stated.
  
  
• When you have submitted the registration form, an automated no-reply E-mail will be immediately sent to the address you had provided. Once you have followed the instructions in that E-mail and your account is activated, you then become a 'member' of this network community. When you login for the first time, go to your user profile or user control panel to double-check all of your settings and options for E-mail communications, subscriptions, timezone, etc. and modify them as you deem necessary. If you have questions, feel free to contact us through the applicable hyperlink within that application or via our helpdesk page.
  
  
• If your account becomes inactive, if applicable, contact us for reactivation. Registering multiple accounts will cause all of your accounts to be disabled by the administration. If you are unable to retrieve your login via the automated system, do not create a new account. Please contact us via the hyperlink on that page or elsewhere within that particular application.
  
  
• You should never give out your login information e.g. passwords, etc. to anyone. Although some software will allow you to keep your login activated via the 'Remember Me' feature even after you close your web browser, it is strongly recommended that you not use that feature. But if you do, still click 'Logout' anyway when you are done to increase the security of your member account. You are solely responsible for any posts and all activity made using your login with or without your knowledge. In any event, IBNETLLC will not be liable to anyone for any loss incurred as a result; however, you may be held liable for losses incurred by IBNETLLC and/or another affected party as a result of use of your login. You agree to immediately notify IBNETLLC with detailed and verifiable facts via our helpdesk page if you suspect a login breach may have occurred.
  
  
• Periodically, private messages or E-mail may be sent to our readership to announce new features, contests, important messages, etc. Depending on the software, you may opt-out to not to receive E-mail from our administration or from other members by selecting the appropriate option(s) within your user account area. It is strongly recommended to allow the administration to send messages to you so you can stay current on information that may become important for your network community experience. However, if you do opt-out to not receive E-mail from our administration, it excludes those that pertain to the creation and management of your account.

• IBNETLLC at its sole discretion may terminate any account anywhere on this network for any reason without prior notice, explanation or liability. Imminent account suspension, termination, banning or other does not provide you the right to unpublish, remove, or tarnish published or member-accessible content. In doing so as construed by IBNETLLC to be in relation to a disciplinary action or for any other reason, your action will not only constitute a violation of these Terms, but can also be interpreted by IBNETLLC as your destruction of private property whereby appropriate legal action may become the recourse chosen by IBNETLLC or its assigned agents on behalf of IBNETLLC.
  
  
• IBNETLLC does not remove posts nor close accounts by request.

• These Terms represent an extension of previously-stated and upcoming posting rules.
  
  
• You agree and grant IBNETLLC or its designee and applicable third party service provider a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use without restriction, to reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, move, translate and reformat and/or incorporate into a collective work, prepare derivative works of, distribute worldwide, syndicate, and promote that content in any form anywhere without restrictions and for any purpose and perform your submitted content in connection with other networks. You further warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you freely posted and use of your content by IBNETLLC will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You also grant IBNETLLC permission to use your name in conjunction with authorship credit where IBNETLLC considers it warranted. Anything that you transmit to this network is not subject to any obligation of confidence and IBNETLLC is not liable for any disclosure thereof and the submitted content shall remain the property without limitation of IBNETLLC and that ownership is transferable and you, the author, is solely responsible for that content's validity, lawfulness, 'cleanliness', etc. submitted by you or on your behalf or by someone who gained access to your login.
  
  
• We are not obligated to delete content that violates our Terms or otherwise although it is our right to do so. Posts are not removed nor usernames changed upon request except under very special circumstances and at our sole discretion. Depending on the nature of some allowable requests, a servicing fee may apply.
  
  
• By uploading copyrighted materials, you are acknowledging that you either own the copyright or you have written permission from the rightful copyright owner to use that intellectual property within this network community. All copyrighted material added must explicitly and properly display the copyright notice containing the word 'Copyright' or the symbol '©', year and copyright owner's name.
  
  
• Posts that resemble or have the tone of being a 'commercial' or a promotional ad and construed by IBNETLLC and/or as having an ulterior motive will be considered content spam unless prior written approval is granted by the designated IBNETLLC administrator.
  
  
• Posting in public view what we deem as meaningless topics or feedback, one word or short nonsense posts or similar is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to posts instructing users to check their E-mail or private messages or adding content that is not pertinent to the topic, etc.
  
  
• Posting new but duplicates of your or someone else's blog post, forum post, articles, etc. as concluded by our staff is not allowed unless you have received the appropriate permission from the administration. In some situations where it adds value to the network, 'cross-posting' between blogs or blog categories may be permissible but appropriate permission from the administration must be obtained. Cross-posting is not allowed in forums nor message boards.
  
  
• Constructive discussions that are product- or service-based may be allowed if that area or topic is explicitly designated by the administration to include that purpose or the author has obtained the appropriate prior approval from the designated IBNETLLC administrator, otherwise it is prohibited. That post must in no way pertain to that author's product or service nor shall that author have a relationship with the provider of that product or service in any way unless the appropriate prior permission had been obtained from the designated IBNETLLC administrator.
  
  
• Competitive comparison topics and/or discussions that involve for example, other blogs, websites, forums, message boards, network communities, yours or anyone else's products and services, etc. is not permitted.
  
  
• Staying on point of an acceptable topic whereby the author of the posting, which by definition includes posting comments or providing feedback, has personal experience and/or only makes statements of fact or poses a question about a product or service (not their own as described in the previous bulleted item above) such that the information presented would be beneficial to the network community is required. Representatives of that organization are free to refute or clarify specific statements within that content BUT in doing so, not respond with an advertising tone whatsoever since 'commercials' are not allowed without the appropriate permission. The manner and tone in which all posts made in this or any other discussion will be monitored by the readership and staff as practical since postings that contain bashing of products, services, companies or persons; impolite behavior; promotional 'commercials' or contains content otherwise not conforming to the Terms herein is prohibited. We strongly encourage the readership to report it (see 'Reporting a Bad Post…' section above).
  
  
• Some software may provide added benefits once a "minimum post count" and/or other criteria has been achieved. Making postings as concluded by our staff that has the appearance that your intent is to artificially inflate your total post count and/or visibility is prohibited.
  
  
• Certain network software uses a word censor feature that scans content upon submission to search for and/or flag posts and in some cases replace words in that post that appear on a special censored word list. The intent of this feature is to assist us in maintaining a near general-audience network community. Any blatant attempts to circumvent this system will subject your account to immediate termination. If you feel a word has been improperly censored or you would like to suggest a word for consideration for that word list, please feel free to contact us via the hyperlink either on that page or elsewhere within that software application. If a word is contained within your submission that we deem inappropriate and is not on the list, that post may be removed and your account and/or posting privileges would be subject to suspension, termination and/or banning. This list is to be considered incomplete and evolving and is subject to change at any time.
  In forums, blogs or elsewhere where capable, 'bumping' is allowed only within a very narrow set of circumstances and will be closely monitored by our staff as practical or as brought to our attention. If you use bumping to inflate your post count or unfairly keeping your post above all others or for any reason we deem inconsistent with the intent of this network community, that post would violate these Terms.
  
  
• Carefully review your content before submitting, as it may not be editable.
  
  
• (excludes IBNETLLC Community) - Blog posts must use the default or standard font size, font type, and color as initially called up in the editor. Bold and italics are permissible.
  
  
• (excludes IBNETLLC Community) - Photos that appear within the post content must come from the IBNETLLC gallery application which requires sign-up and permission to add to the gallery. See instructions located within the blog or forum or other application or feel free to contact us via that application.
  
  
• (excludes IBNETLLC Community) - Smileys (or smilies), where applicable, are not allowed within the blog post. Only when available on the blog's comment or feedback form page, a maximum of two (2) smileys are allowed. Only one (1) of the two can be animated. See forum for its smileys instructions.

• These Terms represent an extension of previously-stated and upcoming rules since the message's content must also conform to posting, conduct, advertising, signature, data transmission and other Terms herein e.g. only add 'clean' and lawful content, no spamming, follow advertising Terms, etc.
  
  
• Generally, contacting the administrative staff is for support purposes. What is considered as unsolicited E-mail or private messages to our staff will go unanswered except as outlined in these Terms and will be treated accordingly.
  
  
• Member-to-member communication is available and varies by software application. For blogs, forum, and message board software, you may need to login and have the appropriate user or group permissions to access to this feature. If you see e.g. an envelope graphic near the post author's name or the member's screen name is a hyperlink, then you may be able to contact that author by clicking that graphic or hyperlink. Of course, that could change.
  
  
• Guest-to-member communications may not be available for one specific application (software) but available for another. Check at each application for more detail.
  
  
• Remember, just because you see the envelope or a member's contact hyperlink does not allow you to spam or otherwise violate these Terms and Privacy Policy.

• These Terms represent an extension of previously-stated and upcoming rules since the signature's content must also conform to posting, conduct, advertising, data transmission and other Terms located herein e.g. only add 'clean' and lawful content, follow advertising Terms, etc.
  
  
• Advertising is limited to areas explicitly designated by the administration. Outlined below in this section are basic guidelines for guests and logged-in members and applies whether or not the software mentions or contains an explicit signature field. If you have questions about what you are allowed, first refer to that application's 'FAQ,' 'Sticky Posts,' and 'Announcements.' If you still have questions, feel free to contact us through the appropriate link within that web application (software).
  
  
• The 'signature' feature is provided to those with the appropriate permissions which may depend on the usergroup(s) you are assigned to or in accordance with other administration-based criteria. It must appear at the bottom of your post. Signatures are for you only and that designated area or feature must not be shared with anyone else nor other entity. This also means that you do not add links or other information that is construed in any way to advertise for yourself if you lack the appropriate permission or unless otherwise stated in the rules of that application.
  
  
• Until further notice, signatures in blog posts must use the default or standard font size, font type, and color as initially called up in the editor. Bold and italics are permissible.
  
  
• Where applicable, signatures must be set up in your profile and added by the software to the post or comments as manual signatures are not allowed except for your name only. Hyperlinks to other blog or forum posts are not allowed in your signature unless e.g. your profile is in the form of a blog post or special permission from the designated IBNETLLC administrator has been obtained.
  
  
• Guests (those not logged-in even if they are members) signature located within the body of the feedback (comments) in blogs or reply in a forum post is limited to the author's name (or nickname or screen name not business name) at most. If the comments or reply form has the 'Website' or similar field available, that guest is allowed to add in that single form field only, their own web address or the web address of that which they are directly associated. It CANNOT be an assigned commission-based nor referral-based URL nor similar whatsoever. Do not hint whatsoever at any other form of promotion including any form of 'contact us' NOR instructing others to visit your website, etc. Guest submissions are not applicable in forums.
  
  
• Logged-in members in the Basic Members (or similar) usergroup in blogs follow the same as 'Guests' but can also add their company name, E-mail address, and phone number at most inside of the body of the blog comment or forum reply. The web address must only appear in the 'Website' field if in a comment post in blogs. Depending on user permissions, logged-in members have the ability to contact members directly in accordance with the Terms outlined herein.
  
  
• Logged-in members who are bloggers in the Bloggers (or similar) usergroup follow the same guidelines as those in the Basic Members usergroup PLUS they are able to add their own contact information, as mentioned above in 'Logged-in members,' as their signature in their authored posts (URLs become 'Live' hyperlinks) AND in comments and forum replies.
  
  
• Logged-in members who are Privileged Bloggers and/or blog administrators follow the same as those in the Bloggers usergroup except they can add up to 2 additional lines that mentions one (1) product or service by name PLUS a hyperlink to that detail. Within these 2 additional lines, adding an affiliate or reseller link may be allowed in place of that product or service BUT a separate approval is required.
  
  
• If you make posts for what our staff determines as its only purpose is to display your signature, that post will be considered 'content spam' which is prohibited.
  
  
• Including retroactively, we reserve the right to remove, modify or place restrictions on the features of your signature at anytime without notice if our staff deems it necessary to maintain the intent of this network community.

• These Terms represent an extension of previous and upcoming sections of this file since the signature's content must also conform to posting, conduct, advertising, data transmission and other Terms located herein e.g. only add 'clean' and lawful content, follow advertising Terms, etc.

• Other than explicit administrator-approved advertising or advertising discussions, nowhere within this network can you post any commission-based nor referral-based hyperlinks nor associated information nor solicit for referrals and new sign-ups nor discuss commissions received, etc. If a topic is established with IBNETLLC's expressed permission to discuss general topics such as affiliate, reseller, or other commission-based programs, those discussions are not to exist anywhere else without expressed administrator-designee approval.
  
  
• Where there is an approved discussion regarding affiliate or reseller-type programs, only the hyperlink to that credible (as determined by IBNETLLC) program's official main program page (without account identifiers e.g. attached to the URL or type a code into a form field on that page that serves as the identifier) is allowed and as long as the person mentioning that program or URL is not associated in any way with the principles of that company nor receive any type of remuneration or benefit from it since as that will be considered unauthorized advertising and content spam. When commission-based advertising is allowed within a designated area of the network, it will be fee-based and/or permissions-based (written, usergroup assignment, or other 'official' administration approval would be required).
  
  
• You may not advertise to nor solicit others either directly or indirectly if it involves this network without prior approval by the designated IBNETLLC administrator.
  
  
• Permission to advertise in a designated area may not be shared with anyone else nor other entity. This means that you do not add links or other information that is construed in any way to advertise for another person or any other entity for which you are not directly associated. You cannot in any way even hint at advertising someone else's business. This includes, but is not limited to, products and services of partners, clients, employers, employees, friends and family.
  
  
• Where applicable, other than adding to the designated website field e.g. in the comments form of a specific blog software post, whereby you are allowed to add your own web address or the web address of the organization in which you are directly associated, all other forms of advertising that has a tone of being a commercial or a promotional ad is otherwise controlled by designated IBNETLLC administrators exclusively, and permission would be required.
  
  
• Examples that violate this policy are the following: displaying your company name, domain name, or URL, etc. in your username, custom title, your profile's location field, signature field contrary to its Terms, or within the body of posts; in an attempt to hide advertising you use images as hyperlinks or create a carefully-crafted poll; creating avatars or other images that can be construed as advertising; hyperlinking to or discussing a specific informational page on a commercial website that is associated with you in any way; etc.
  
  
• Even where advertising is allowed, the use of word 'FREE' that signifies cost is NOT allowed unless that mention is within the context of an acceptable resource or discussion of a resource and the author mentioning it has no relation whatsoever to that product or service.
  
  
• You may not use our staff or representatives to promote of infer an endorsement on behalf of IBNETLLC nor reference the 'IBNETLLC' acronym or any form of its formal name, 'International Business Network, LLC.' or other operated or owned names or entities to promote or infer an endorsement of any product, service, opinion, cause, or other without the expressed written permission from the designated IBNETLLC administrator.

• In order to maintain the intent of this network community as described in these Terms, we must also rely on everyone who accesses this network to report posts that appear to be in violation of this network’s Terms and intent such that our staff can be made aware of the post in question and take appropriate action.
  
  
• Within an application, to report a bad post or possible copyright infringement, locate within that post the link that is designated as 'Report Bad Post', icon such as  or similar, then click it. That click should either immediately flag that posting or possibly present you with a page where you can submit that alleged offending post to our administration for evaluation.
  
  
• In the case where the software does not explicitly show a 'Report Bad Post' or similar link or icon, use the 'Contact' or 'Contact Us' hyperlink within the application, located either in the menu or navigation bar; and provide us with the link to that post and what you believe is the offending content. . We will respond in the appropriate manner and timeframe as we deem necessary to keep these network services running smoothly. Thank you for your participation. We appreciate your assistance.

• When presented with a URL or Web address however obtained, everyone has the option to first visit that website through its domain or subdomain's main home page then immediately visit that website's Terms of Use or Terms of Service before clicking on that URL or maneuvering to any page within that site. Not knowing this is not an excuse nor is it IBNETLLC's responsibility or obligation to supply this knowledge either when directing someone to a specific part of this network community or when presenting a spiel about our business organization, etc. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to immediately navigate to read and agree to these Terms or ask what our Terms are if offline, otherwise by default, you are acknowledging, taking full responsibility and agreeing with IBNETLLC that these Terms are and shall remain in full force and effect and that you will abide by these Terms in its entirety without question.
  
  
• By accessing this network, however and for any reason whatsoever or using this network for any purpose, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IBNETLLC and its paid and unpaid staff, independent contractors, representatives, partners, assigned agents, third party content providers, third party service providers, network and web server administrators, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, assigned agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, judgments, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including without limitation, attorneys' fees either directly or indirectly as a result of your breach of these Terms or any unsubstantiated or inappropriate claims brought on by you either directly or indirectly, with regard to any content residing within or transmitted within, to or from this network, products, services or other, and/or resulting from your activity(ies) or behavior or another individual's activity(ies) or behavior in connection with you in any way.
  
  
• In addition, neither IBNETLLC nor said parties indemnified above in this section are liable in any way under any circumstance for errors or omissions, typographical errors, inaccuracies, technical or other mistakes, data compromise or data breach, or action or non-action by us, or how you use, obtain, or interpret any content residing within or hyperlinked to or from this network, or for loss or damage or undesired outcome of any kind which may have been incurred as a result of use of software, equipment, products, services or other, or any content posted or hyperlinked to or from this network or action by IBNETLLC or said parties indemnified above in this section or direct or indirect action associated with IBNETLLC even if it has or had been foreseeable by IBNETLLC or said parties indemnified in this section or whether IBNETLLC or said parties indemnified in this section has or had been advised of the possibility of such a result or outcome.
  
  
• To the fullest extent of applicable law and without exception, you and IBNETLLC agree that no claim under these Terms shall be joined to any other claim or arbitration under any circumstance nor joined to any other party.
  
  
• In no event shall IBNETLLC nor said parties indemnified above in this section be liable for more than the maximum aggregate amount of $1 U.S. dollar to you or anyone else for punitive or other damages, losses nor causes of action, whether in contract, Tort (including, without limitation to, negligence), nor otherwise regardless of the type of the alleged breach or default. Some jurisdictions within the United States or other countries prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not be applicable to you.
  
  
• Where allowable by law, at a minimum, reimbursement of costs, fees and expenses paid by IBNETLLC that are in any way associated with resolution of such matters outlined in these Terms will be sought by IBNETLLC.
  
  
• IBNETLLC is not responsible for claims nor actions by any third party.
  
  
• Neither IBNETLLC nor users or visitors to our network community shall be liable for service interruption, damages or delays or performance failure of any equipment or data session resulting from scheduled nor unscheduled downtime, from acts or occurrences beyond their reasonable control including and without limitation, acts of God, power surge, power outage, fuel shortage, fire, terrorism, civil or criminal disobedience, lightning, water, explosion, military, law, ordinance, regulation, strikes, boycott, procurement, delivery.
  
  
• IBNETLLC reserves the right to intervene and take complete charge over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled as described or inferred within this Indemnification section or elsewhere within these Terms. In such event and without hesitation, you shall provide IBNETLLC with your full cooperation in a timely manner as reasonably requested by IBNETLLC.

• Whether you are a member or a guest or are acting on behalf of the IBNETLLC administration, you and IBNETLLC agree that any and all matters relating to your access or use of any portion of the IBNETLLC network community shall be governed by all applicable laws and statutes of the State of Ohio and federal laws of the United States of America without regard to conflict of law provisions. You and IBNETLLC expressly exclude the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of either the courts and that relating thereto or binding arbitration in the State of Ohio, United States of America as determined by IBNETLLC or its assigned agents with respect to such matters or disputes. You also agree that it will be IBNETLLC or its assigned agent's sole choice whether or not to select arbitration for resolution and select the specific arbitration venue and that related thereto. For international members, guests, and those acting on behalf of IBNETLLC, if you choose to access this network from outside of the United States, you do so voluntarily and are solely responsible for your compliance with applicable local laws from where you access this network. If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, unenforceable, or for any reason, then that provision alone shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions. If at any given time IBNETLLC does not enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms or Privacy Policy or related right, that non-action shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision nor shall any action taken necessarily be considered to set a precedent for future or retroactive decisions.

• IBNETLLC will take reasonable precautions to protect your personally-identifiable information. IBNETLLC will not sell your information nor purposely share your name, E-mail, or other personally-identifiable information with a third party unless it is formally or informally requested by law enforcement or court of competent jurisdiction if we believe it is necessary for the thorough completion of their investigation or in accordance with that previously stated within these Terms. We will transfer personally-identifiable data if that applicable area of the IBNETLLC network is acquired by, merged with, sold to or otherwise transferred or moved to another entity.
  
  
• We reserve the right to use non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve this network's performance, attributes, features, add or revise product and service offerings, etc.
  
  
• Any standard web server data such as IP Address, browser type, etc. is collected by all web servers. IBNETLLC and/or its network administrators use this information to enhance security, evaluate and select features, products and services that we believe may be of interest to you or to provide easier access for you in other areas of our network.
  
  
• Cookies and Javascript: Many of our web applications use cookies to enhance the browsing experience or assist us with security, improving our content, features, products and services and other offerings. Some web pages may not allow access if cookies and/or Javascript are not enabled.
